About Us
The DCCA is composed of the Chairs and Vice Chairs of each county’s Democratic Executive Committee (DEC). As an official caucus of the Florida Democratic Party, we exist to support county leaders through collaboration, communication, and statewide coordination. Our members represent the heart of the Democratic infrastructure — local leaders who organize, engage, and empower communities in every corner of Florida.Each of Florida's counties is divided up into 9 regions, lead by a Regional Director.
Our Mission
Our mission is to assist the Florida Democratic Party in electing Democrats at the local, state, and national levels by guiding counties in the adoption and utilization of best practices. We focus on improving the governance and operations of county party structures so they can organize effectively, grow membership, and achieve electoral success.

The DCCA is led by a team of dedicated Democratic leaders who represent the diversity and strength of Florida’s 67 counties. Together, they guide our statewide efforts to strengthen local party organizations and elect Democrats at every level.

Membership in the Democratic County Chairs Association is open exclusively to the Chairs and Vice Chairs of Florida’s county Democratic Executive Committees. By joining and paying annual dues, your county becomes part of a unified statewide network dedicated to electing Democrats and building stronger local organizations.
