About Us

The DCCA unites county Democratic leaders from across Florida to grow, organize, and win together. By connecting local chairs and vice chairs, we share strategies, resources, and support that strengthen our party from the ground up.

What We Do

The DCCA focuses on four key areas that build lasting strength across Florida’s 67 counties — Compliance Training, Voter Engagement, DEC Operations, and Messaging. By sharing best practices and hands-on guidance, we help county leaders stay compliant, mobilize voters, run efficient local parties, and communicate effectively with their communities.
